USponsorMe Exchange is a cultural exchange agency that offers J1 Intern / Trainee placement and visa service in those occupational categories: Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Culinary Arts& Pastry, Arts & culture, Construction & Building Trade, Communication & Marketing, Business & Commerce, Finance & Accounting, and Law.

Our Mission

Our mission is to give our candidates the opportunity to explore life in the U.S., be fully immersed in the American culture for up to 1.5 years through the cultural exchange work program. We ensure that our candidates get an amazing personal and professional experience in the United States, being part of a global community.

Our Guarantees

We guarantee:

  • The program length will meet your requirement (you choose the duration you want), and be up to 1 year for hospitality, or 1.5 years for all others with an additional 30 days grace period.
  • Your work location and your host organization will meet your requirement: you choose where you want to live during your program, and for what type of entity you want to work for.
  • Your program will be adapted to your experience level, allowing you to strengthen your English language skills and learn new skills that will be incredibly beneficial for you for a career boost.
  • You will evolve in an international environment.
  • You will be paid enough to cover your expenses costs; at least the minimum wage determined by the State or the federal law.
  • The position will be a full time, minimum 32 hours /week.

Our Quality Policy

  • You pay us when you are placed, or if we are sure to find you the opportunity that meets all your requirements.
  • Assistance with the visa process.
  • The sponsorship process once you signed an offer will last 2-3 weeks.
  • Pre departure and arrival assistance.
  • Housing guidelines.
  • Assistance with Health insurance coverage if needed.
  • Support during the entire duration of the program.
